Your content: You retain ownership of the content you create through the Service, including your conversations, memory items, and uploaded files. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process, store, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the Service to you.
AI-generated content: Content generated by AI models through the Service is subject to the terms of the respective AI provider. We do not claim ownership of AI-generated content.
We provide API endpoints and an MCP (Model Context Protocol) server for programmatic access to certain features. Use of the API is subject to:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Neutrally and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or fifty pounds sterling (50 GBP), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by English law.
You may delete your account at any time through the Settings page. Upon deletion:

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you retain any mandatory consumer protection rights afforded to you under the laws of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
